Organic Oland Beans

Grown by Hurricane Flats, VT
 
A beautiful, small, round brown bean with a mellow flavor. Traditionally used in Swedish sweet and sour bean stew (made with molasses and vinegar). We enjoy them in Boston baked beans or  slow cook them in a crock pot in a rich broth with molasses and honey.
